Through a secure, HIPAA-compliant online assessment, patients provide detailed symptom information that is analyzed to generate a structured report similar to a rheumatology encounter note. This report helps guide initial lab testing, supports referral documentation, and shortens the time between presentation and treatment initiation. The program is designed to support — not replace — clinical judgment, offering physicians an efficient, standardized way to triage and prepare patients for specialist evaluation.

No. The symptom assessment is available to all patients, regardless of insurance status. The $20 fee covers assessment processing and document generation.
Your data is processed securely through Jotform (HIPAA Compliant) and stored privately within a HIPAA compliant ecosystem — not on this site. We follow strict privacy protocols to protect your health information.
You can bring them to your appointment, but our assessment ensures we don't miss any important tests specific to rheumatologic conditions. The generated lab order will account for any recent testing.
The $20 fee is non-refundable as it covers the processing and document generation system. However, if you experience technical difficulties, please contact us for assistance.
